Get spoilt with the best coffee from Henauer roasting house, herbal teas that were kissed by Poschiavo's sun and ruffled by its wind and peppermint of the elf sirup that grew in our own garden.

All delights from the kitchen are fresh and according to the season. Whenever possible, the products are purchased regionally and in organic quality. To reduce waste, we try to buy unpackaged goods.

From chutney to ice cream we try to produce as much as possible ourselves. The focaccias of the sandwiches are backed from the in-house sourdough. Find unique and delicious creations reflecting the small and beautiful town of Illnau.
