Raphael Müller has an ambitious goal: he and his team want to ski the longest lift of all ski areas in the Zurich Oberland in one day. According to the former ski racer's calculations, they should be able to make it by 5:15 p.m., starting at 7:30 a.m.
An attempt to set a record for anyone
The Zurich Oberland has more than 12 ski areas of which the longest lift in the canton is in Steg, the shortest is the 170 m pony lift in Wildberg and the most popular are the lifts in the Atzmännig ski area.

Standortförderung Zurich Oberland makes this challenge possible and you are invited to participate in the attempt to set a record. Reserve one of the 72 slots now. Meeting time is at 7 a.m. on the day of the race – the location shall be communicated to all participants in due time.
Procedure
The decision whether the race will be carried out is made on Monday of the respective week at 5 p.m.
Participants shall be drawn from the registrations and notified by SMS.
In case of cancellation or no response within 12 hours, your slot will be passed on to the next participant.
We are anxious not to cause traffic jams and welcome carpooling. Please indicate in your application if you are bringing your own car or need a ride.

Program of the ski lifts
Every ski lift in the area will organize its own event on the race day: Dicki ski lift, Weisslingen School children of Weisslingen will have their ski day and will get a roll with chocolate and hot punch.
