Oberwangen, located in the southern part of the Canton of Thurgau, is a winter paradise for families.
The Oberwangen ski area offers a ski lift and a pony lift. Small children will enjoy ski school at Kinderland (Wednesday and Saturday afternoons by appointment). A marked and groomed circular hiking trail completes the range of activities.
Enjoy a snack at the cosy Arosa-Stübli overlooking the ski area. Fondue is served during Friday night skiing. Events may be organised at the Arosa-Stübli upon request.
Operating hours Monday to Friday: 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays/Sundays: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Christmas – New Year and winter sports break: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily.
Night skiing Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Fridays 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.
On Friday evenings we serve cheese fondue upon prior reservation.
