A classic around Lake Greifensee.
The tour around the largest lake of the Zurich Oberland is one of the classics. It is very beautiful, easy and a popular destination on weekends. On the way there is a variety of opportunities to stop for a bite to eat or to take a break at one of the many rest areas.
The route around the Greifensee is also ideal for bikers and walkers. Mutual respect and consideration is the key for a harmonious arrangement on the excellent slow traffic infrastructure around the lake. Bikers and skaters stay on the hard surface while walkers may use the gravel path.
