Schuppli's goat dairy has been processing around 200,000 kilo goat milk a year since 2009. 9 local milk suppliers provide the milk.
We produce more than twenty different goat milk specialities. Our selection ranges from curd cheese, fresh and soft cheese to hard cheese, raclette and fondue. Please taste our specialities and see how they are produced on a guided tour. We would be pleased to serve you drinks and snacks to complete your visit.
