About 19 cheese factories produce various milk products and over 150 different sorts of cheese with fresh milk from the Zurich Oberland.
natürli vaulted cellar and Alpine hut
The larger part of the specialities is stored and sold at the natürli zürioberland ag in Saland that is responsible for its joint marketing under the «natürli» label. On a guided tour through our eight vaulted cellars you will learn more about the production of these regional products. Or would you like to try to make your own cheese followed by a fondue, raclette or cheese buffet at our Alpine hut. Best entertainment is provided by the natürli Olympics.
