Fischingen Monastery is the only monastic community in the canton of Thurgau still inhabited by monks.

The generous space available provides the perfect setting for every celebration and business event. The chefs create true delicacies from regional products and even a snack becomes a real success with homemade cakes. Immerse yourself in the baroque ambience and enjoy our monthly classical concerts. The PILGRIM monastery beers brewed in the monastery are a heavenly delight.

The monastery restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On concert Sundays, the restaurant has different opening hours for visitors to get in the mood for the concert or to let the evening fade away in a cosy atmosphere. We are happy to receive reservations for lunch or dinner but they are not required.

Guided tours through the monastery are very popular and may be enriched with a demonstration of the organ at the baroque church. Learn more about special arrangements according to your requirements: cocktails, banquets in the ballroom or dining room, snacks, etc. It is possible to participate in the prayers of the Benedictine community.
